Flaxseed oil vs Flax seeds

As this article states, not much of flax seed oil actually gets processed. It is better to eat them whole or ground them. You can buy ground flax seeds in capsule form too.

Or go make a bunch of ground flaxseed flapjacks and cupcakes.

" the problem with most oils, especially polyunsaturated oils, is the processing or extraction. It’s always best to eat the food in its most whole and natural state."

"Always train hard. During your workouts you should train with full intensity on every set, regardless of whether you’re aiming to reach muscular failure or not. If you really want that dream physique, you’re gonna have to work hard in the gym and focus on progression from week to week. Training with intensity and pushing your muscles to their limit causes the most muscle fiber breakdown, which in turn promotes more testosterone production."
